-For custom cake orders, delivery and pick-up times are evenings between 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday.

-Sunday availability is between 10am - 4pm.

-Saturday deliveries or pick-ups are not available. ​

-For weekday orders & weekends, alternative delivery times can be arranged if there is availability up to 9 pm.

-Delivery is required for all wedding cake orders. Wedding cake delivery begins at a flat rate of $1.19 per mile inside Memphis' city limits. For surrounding areas (i.e. out side the city limits and the tri-state area for Mississippi & Arkansas) there is a $1.50 per minute fee from Southeast Memphis, 38115.

-J's Cakes operates from a private home based studio. Currently the pick-up location is the Hickory Ridge Mall (front entrance), located at 6075 Winchester; Memphis, TN 38115
