This soft, delicious small batch, made-to-order, unleavened flatbread is the perfect addition to your Feast of Unleavened Bread—or anytime you simply prefer traditional, simple bread made without leaven.
Each batch includes 6–7 pieces, each measuring about 6–9 inches in diameter. You can choose whole wheat flour (the type most commonly used in biblical times) or white flour for a lighter texture.
While our classic recipe stays true to a biblical approach—made with high-quality cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of kosher salt—you can also request added seasonings for extra flavor.
Optional seasonings:
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Rosemary
• Thyme
• Cinnamon
• A touch of brown sugar for natural sweetness

One batch typically lasts a family of four 2–3 days. For the full duration of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we recommend ordering two batches.
